ADFG Fishery Manager: this page can inform you as to the status of your samples and
with your support can be designed to fit your specific needs. Please send your ideas to
the Program Manager at dfg.dcf.adu@alaska.gov
The ADU processes samples based upon Regional priorities comprising required use
of age data in age structured models (ASMs), fishery value, and reporting needs. We
process samples within preidentified data cycles, approximately 4-5 weeks each. Data
are distributed on Data Distribution Days known as “D-Daysâ€. D-Days can be added,
postponed, or cancelled in the event of seasonal program changes.
